Dr. Aleashia Clarkston is an experienced educational leader with more than 17 years of experience serving students and families across public, private, charter, and nonprofit educational settings. Her background includes instructional leadership, school operations, staff development, student support systems, and family engagement, with a strong passion for building positive, student-centered learning environments.

Throughout her career, Dr. Clarkston has led initiatives focused on academic growth, organizational development, and creating structured, engaging school cultures where students and staff can thrive. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and commitment to supporting both educational excellence and meaningful relationships within school communities.

Dr. Clarkston believes successful schools are built through intentional leadership, clear systems, high expectations, and strong partnerships with families. She is excited to help lead and support the growth of The Impact School as it launches with a vision centered on student success, community, and purpose-driven education.
